Answers to what comes up before someone signs.

How long does a build actually take?

Most single-service builds (voice, chat, or onboarding) go from kickoff to live in 3-5 days, depending on how much of your process is already documented.

Who owns the AI once it's built?

You do. The agent, its configuration, and any transcripts or data it generates belong to your business — I don't lock you into my infrastructure to keep it running.

What happens if it gets something wrong?

Every build includes handoff rules for anything outside its scope, so it defers to a human rather than guessing. I also review flagged conversations monthly and retrain as needed.

Is there a contract, or can we cancel?

Setup is a one-time fee; the monthly plan is month-to-month after that. No multi-year lock-in.

Do you integrate with our existing tools?

Yes — calendars, CRMs, phone systems, and job/quoting software are all part of the standard build. I'll confirm compatibility with your specific stack once I follow up on your assessment.
